This design was commissioned by an agricultural holding specialized in biological dairy products. Their processes and the quality of life of the stock are above standards and they wanted to invest in a farm village where researchers and costumers would meet in a educational and recreational farm (offices, library, hotel, research center, kindergarten, etc.). Given the ambitious investment, the company needed a design capable to grow in time.

The project is organizing the different functions around a central courtyard. Based on a modular system of wooden CLT portals, the different buildings can extend and grow along the future developments of the farm village.
