't Stralend Middelpunt is a design by research about the revitalization of a community center (buurthuis) in Kampen. Together with two social design offices (Ministerie van Onverwachte Zaken, Echter Ontwerp) we developed a concept in which citizens and people with social problems can interact and come close to each other in and around this building. Through ready-made, simple interventions, and with a limited budget we showed the potentials of such approach. The outcome is published on this dedicated website.
